A few things about me. I was lucky to be born and raised in beautiful Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island and have been licensed 25 years,with RE/MAX since 1998. Opened RE/MAX Alliance in 2005, proudly a Miracle Office and Victoria’s most productive office per capita since day one.

I organize Annual Fundraising Community Easter Egg Hunts for CMN and many other fundraisers over the years, including RE/MAX Hockey Tournaments, growing our hair with my sons and then shaving our heads for Kids with Cancer. I especially enjoy the CMN Auctions where for the last few years I have found opportunities to buy and gift to a Miracle Child.

Bruce and Donna’s IWK Story
Bruce and his wife Donna have wonderful, talented and handsome 26-year-old twin sons, whom they first saw on the ultrasound screen at the Isaac Walton Killam Children’s Hospital in Halifax, a year after a more devastating visit there when their first child’s heart stopped beating forever prior to delivery.
“For a very long time I’ve been a proud supporter of the IWK Children’s Wish Foundation and the Children’s Miracle Network. As a young boy growing up in Newfoundland I was born with a heart condition and developed a rare kidney disease. I spent a lot of my childhood in and out of the Janeway Children’s Hospital in St. John’s and SickKids in Toronto. The special doctors and nurses that treated and cared for me were like my second moms and dads. The level of care and the comfort they provided will always be remembered. To this day, that is why supporting the Children’s Miracle Network is so important to me.
I have two boys of my own now and they have had emergencies due to accidents and injuries playing sports and the staff at the IWK Children’s Hospital were amazing. They understand the fears that children have when they are sick. All of the doctors, nurses and staff that dedicate their lives to caring and comforting the sick children hold a special place in my heart.

I was born and raised in the Kingston area but have been proud to call Napanee my home since 2006.
